What is Warren Averett looking for in an experienced hire?
We hire bright, entrepreneurial, client-focused individuals. We are looking for self-starters who will thrive in our environment of strong support systems, training and resources. We want individuals who:

What is the path to becoming a Member of the Firm?
Warren Averett’s path to becoming a Member is different for every individual. Our model is to develop and train young leaders and promote when it’s deserved. We empower young leaders to grow as professionals, giving them the tools and skills they need to reach promotion earlier. As evidence of this model, our Firm has 19 Members under the age of 40, including our CFO. Our youngest Member was 31 when he was promoted, and it only took him 7 years to make it.
