Administrative Specialist – Huntsville, Alabama

This position provides administrative and human resource support functions for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced proficiency/knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Web-based applications, and databases
  • Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills and uses independent judgment in choosing the proper procedure for the appropriate task
  • Exhibits excellent flexibility, interpersonal skills, project coordination, and ability to work well with all levels of external/internal management and staff

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of federal regulations, procedures, and policies related to administrative and human resource support services is desired
  • B.A. or B.S. degree (with courses related to Human Resources or Business)

OR

  • A.S. degree
  • 2 years of related work experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED/High School Equivalency Certificate
  • 4 years of related work experience
