Warren Averett is looking for a campus recruiter to handle their Gulf Coast, Florida region. This role acts as a liaison with the colleges and helps recruit students and recent graduates.

Campus Recruiter responsibilities include attending and hosting college career events, building effective internship programs and evaluating entry candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills.


  • Attending campus events (career fairs, on-campus presentations, meetings). Regional travel is required.
  • Interacting with students and promoting Warren Averett’s brand
  • Event Planning (summer programs, office visits, socials)
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in the hiring for interns and entry-level positions
  • Assisting with orientation process
  • Maintaining Bullhorn staffing system
  • Assisting with resume system processes
  • Assisting with candidate tracking processes
  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities and other educational institutions
