Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all office functions and personnel including Accounting, HR, and Operations functions
  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Developing organizational procedures, policies, and practices
  • Managing company wide budgets and metrics
  • Company wide recruiting and retention
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Monitoring operating expenses
  • Liaising with sales and other departments
  • Updating the CEO on business performance

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Reliable, self-motivated, forward-thinking driver mentality
  • Must be a leader with strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Budget management experience.
  • People-management, coaching and development skills.
