This is a full-time position reserved for small organizations that do not need a full-time Secretary/Administrative Specialist but need a combination of each position.


  • Exhibits exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibits excellent flexibility, interpersonal skills, project coordination, and ability to work well with all levels of external/internal management and staff
  • Demonstrates advanced proficient in Microsoft Office products, Web-based applications, and databases
  • Uses advanced judgement in proper procedure for the appropriate tasks.


  • B.A. or B.S. degree in appropriate area of specialization


  • A.S. Degree
  • 2 years of related work experience


  • High School Diploma/GED/High School Equivalency Certificate
  • 4 years of related work experience
